Terms of Service

Welcome to Zootly. By using zootly.ca or placing an order, you agree to these terms, as well as our shipping, return and privacy policies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law, including applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

1. The store

Zootly is an online store for dog and cat accessories, operated in Canada. Sales are made directly between you and Zootly.

2. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We may change or discontinue a product at any time and limit quantities sold.

3. Orders

Your order is accepted once we send you the confirmation email and payment is received. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error, stock shortage or suspected fraud; in that case you are refunded in full. To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible: cancellation is possible until the order has shipped.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD), except for automatic currency conversion for customers in other countries. Applicable taxes (GST, QST, HST) are calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping is free in Canada. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

5. Shipping

Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Stated times are estimates.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Safe use of products

Choose a product suited to your pet's size and behaviour, and supervise your pet when using a new toy or accessory. Remove any damaged item.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photos, logos and design of the site belong to Zootly or its partners. You may not reproduce them without our written permission.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes, not to attempt to disrupt it, and to provide accurate information when ordering.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zootly is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. This limit does not apply to the legal warranties you have as a consumer, or to damages the law does not allow to be excluded.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada. If you live in another country, you keep the protections granted by the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
