How we use it
We use this information to process and deliver your orders, handle returns, respond to you, prevent fraud, improve the store and, if you have agreed, send you offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with providers that help us run the store: our e-commerce platform (hosting and payments), our suppliers and carriers (fulfilment and delivery), and our analytics and advertising tools. Some of these providers are located outside Canada, so your information may be processed there, with adequate safeguards in place.
Cookies
We use cookies needed for the cart and checkout, as well as analytics and advertising cookies. You can manage your preferences through the consent banner or your browser settings, and opt out of advertising data sharing here.
Retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no online transmission is 100% secure.
Your rights
You may request access to your information, its correction, deletion or portability, withdraw your consent, and object to its use for marketing. Email us; we respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, your provincial privacy authority or, in Europe and the UK, your data protection authority.
