Shipping Policy
Free shipping across Canada
Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within Canada, to all provinces and territories, with no minimum purchase.
Timelines
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment.
- Delivery in Canada: 7 to 15 business days after shipment, on average.
Our items ship directly from our partners' warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, bad weather or for remote areas.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping outside Canada
We also ship to the United Kingdom and France. Rates and timelines for these countries are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Any import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Lost, late or misaddressed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after shipment, contact us: we will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or issue a refund. Please check your address before paying; we are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
